Nutrition expert warns: That's why you should never drink milk

The nutritionist from the University of Osnabrück, Bodo Melnik, sees milk as a problem. The magazine "Vegan World" quotes the scientist: 
"Milk is not a product. Milk is a highly complex signal substance for the care of a newborn. Their signal is growth. "

Milk is like doping

"Getting an adult's body to grow could be dangerous," the magazine says.
